Approach

Visive Coaching

I am convinced that truly ‘seeing’ and ‘being seen’ is a basic human need, and necessary for growth and learning. As a coach I see my clients’ full potential. It is my mission to help leaders and teams tap into their whole self, thus allowing them to connect to their purpose - getting to the core of what they care about and making a declaration for their future: What change do I want to create? Which steps must I take to get there?

Mind-body connected learning

To help my clients create real, lasting change, I make use of a proven neuroscience-based approach that considers the talent of the whole person.

This discipline of so-called embodied learning integrates body, mind and behavior gives you (or your team) the opportunity to change more than your mind – to make purposeful and impactful changes in the way you approach life and work: for example, how to perform under pressure, collaborate effectively, find purpose in alignment with your values, how to speak up, take up space, be resilient, communicate effectively, or have authentic presence.

My approach integrates mindfulness, working with speech acts (making a request, saying no) and body movement practices to help you deal with the challenges you face.

The process of coaching and team development

I work one on one with clients from all over the world. We meet in person, or through video calls. I offer coaching packages of 6 months, up to a year or longer. Typically, we meet twice a month. We collaborate on the basis of a custom made agreement that reflects your needs.

For team development we will start off with a conversation about your needs. To get to a deeper understanding of the current situation and the future you aspire. From there onwards we start designing interventions that you need to move forward with your team.

I also coach in Dutch

“We believe that coaching is chiefly about discovery, awareness, and choice. It is a way of effectively empowering people to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting them on the path as they continue to make important life-giving and life-changing choices.”
